At Shopingclub as your statutory rights under applicable law, you may return a purchased item within 10 calendar days of the date the product is delivered to your address, for a replacement or a refund based on the original payment method*. Any returned item for such refund or replacement must meet one of the following criteria:
1. The item has manufacturing defects; or
2. The item has no manufacturing defects, shows no wear or damage, unaltered from their original state, and in a condition that permits us to resell them.
Please note that you need to send us a refund or replacement request before you return any items. Refunds, where eligible, are typically issued via the same instrument that was used to make the payment (so the refund will go to your card or bank for an online payment). However, we are sometimes unable to do this, All above conditions can be apply but normally we don’t accept any return & refund.
All Cancellations are allowed until the item is shipped, once the item is shipped there might be charges incurred on original prices that might be deducted from your overall payment.
